The ‘Ruby’ draws inspiration from the classic ‘Bred Toe’ colorway—a popular version first released in 2018 that has since become a favorite among sneakerheads. The name ‘Bred Toe’ refers to a combination of ‘Bred’, the original colorway in which the Air Jordan 1 debuted in 1985, and the red detailing on the toe box.
The ‘Ruby’ takes this design to the next level with premium details. The overlays on the toe box, collar, and heel feature Varsity Red cracked leather with a shimmering finish. The iconic Wings logo is layered on the collar for added depth.
