Here it is: the Action Bronson x New Balance 992 'Tiger Eye'. The release was previously teased by the artist and chef himself, and has now finally received an official release date. The sneaker will drop later this month via Bronson's own website and later through New Balance.
As with all the artist’s previous releases, the 'Tiger Eye' carries a special story. And we know we can’t put it better than the artist himself, so here’s what Bronson has to say about his release:
"As I sit here on my handwoven rug from ancient Persia, flying deep into the thirteenth step of meditation, I ask for protection, for guidance, for wisdom. I ask nature to provide me with the nourishment that my biological machine needs to thrive. To take me through the harsh winter, through the dead of summer.
As you hear the gallops through the village of a hundred horses and a hundred men wielding swords, we ask for your protection. Behold the tiger’s eye," said Bronson.
Bronson translates this into a sleek colorway of the 992, a timeless New Balance silhouette that is more popular than ever in 2025. The sneaker features premium brown suede with orange and blue details. Reflective elements on the heels glow in the dark, and a black sole provides contrast.
The 'Tiger Eye' is one of two Action Bronson x New Balance 992 releases expected in 2025. The artist recently unveiled the 'Digitalis Purpurea', a bright pink colorway that screams 'Action Bronson' in every way. That release will take a little longer, but the 'Tiger Eye' is coming sooner than expected.

The Action Bronson x New Balance 992 'Tiger Eye' will drop on September 18, 2025, via specializinginlife.com. A global release through New Balance and selected retailers is scheduled for September 26, 2025.
