Emily Oberg, founder of Sporty & Rich, has offered a first look at the brand's latest collaboration with adidas: a refined new take on the Adistar Cushion 3. The drop follows the success of their Handball Spezial release earlier this year and further deepens the ongoing partnership with adidas Originals.
Originally introduced in 2005, the Adistar Cushion 3 is a retro-inspired runner known for its performance-driven construction and nostalgic silhouette. Sporty & Rich's latest version features crisp white mesh panelling, complemented by glossy grey overlays and a metallic silver toe cap that gives the design an elevated, premium finish.
This marks the second time Sporty & Rich has reimagined the Adistar Cushion 3, following a white, red, and navy edition released last year as part of an Olympic-inspired collection.
Release
The new Sporty & Rich x adidas Adistar Cushion 3 will launch on 2 May 2025 via the Sporty & Rich website, with a wider release scheduled for 5 May 2025 through adidas CONFIRMED and select retailers.
