Every year, Nike releases a sneaker on 4/20, the national stoner 'holiday'. After the Nike SB Dunk 'Dog Walker' and the 'Reverse Skunk', Nike comes out with a colorway called: 'Maui Wowie'. The Nike SB Dunk High 'Maui Wowie' has another nice surprise besides a striking upper.
Also this year, we expect a special Nike SB Dunk release for 4/20 (20 April). This time, not only the print is remarkable, but the upper also has a reveal layer! This layer is something we have seen a lot the last few years with Nike releases. For example, on the Nike SB Dunk x Travis Scott, and we also saw it on the Air Force 1 and the Air Max 1.

The first layer of the upper has a blue and pink floral print, which gives a real Hawaii vibe. Below this is the reveal layer. This one also has a Hawaiian print, but in orange. The overlays of the reveal layer are green and made of suede, which gives it a grassy look. The Swoosh and tongue are beige and embroidered. The outsole also features the beige hue. We also see a striking orange branding on the tongue.
The photos below clearly show the different layers. In our opinion, the cheerful lot fits in perfectly with the other 4/20 releases.

We're not quite sure yet, but it looks like the Nike SB Dunk High 'Maui Wowie' drops on April 20, 2021, aka. 4/20. The sneakers will have a price tag of €110 and be released at Nike.
