New Balance and Miu Miu are continuing their collaboration, and this time it's not just a new colorway: the New Balance x Miu Miu 530 SL gets a ballerina-flat makeover.

It's a striking move within the New Balance x Miu Miu line, which started with sneakers and mules and now stretches into ballet flats too. Since the first release in 2025, the partnership has leaned on this mix of sporty DNA and Miu Miu's own codes, with earlier pairs going viral partly thanks to a campaign starring tennis star Coco Gauff.
The New Balance x Miu Miu 530 SL Ballerina keeps the sneaker's slim, low-profile silhouette, but the upper has clearly shifted toward a classic ballet flat. The result: a thin, near-flat construction in Deco leather, with a rubber sole as the only nod to its sporty roots. Barely a sneaker, mostly a shoe.
