August 8, 2022 is SNKRS Day at Nike. The SNKRS app is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year and to celebrate this, Nike is going all out on this special day. The SNKRS app will host different talk shows and live broadcasting from different cities and Nike will to this release a unique Air Force 1.
The Nike SNKRS app is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year and does so with SNKRS Day. During this day, four liveshows will be hosted by none other than Will and Az. During the liveshows, members can participate in various polls and contests will be held. Of course sneakers are also not missing, including the Nike Air Force 1 'SNRKS Day'.
Nike Air Force 1 'SNKRS Day'
The Nike Air Force 1 'SNKRS Day' was designed specifically for the anniversary of the SNKRS app. The sneaker has a chic look and has several details that hint at the app's five-year anniversary. There is an emblem attached to the sneaker with the date of SNKRS Day (8-8-2022).
Also, the sneaker comes in a custom shoebox. This has V inscribed on it, hinting at the app's five-year anniversary. The upper colors off-white and is made of linen. The Swoosh is placed on the center panel, which colors brown. A wooden lace tag is placed on the lace panel and a V is also placed on this.
In addition to the release of the Air Force 1 and the live shows, Nike is also coming out with live broadcasting from various cities. Here, the live SNKRS hosts will talk to sneaker lovers from the community. There are also several items to view in the app, in which Nike goes deeper into the stories behind the community in major cities.
