The collaboration between JJJJound and ASICS continues. After previous editions on the JJJound ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 and a foray into the GT-2160, a new colorway is now released: ‘Ice Blue’. The first images show an understated but striking update to the silhouette.
The design follows the line of previous JJJJound versions, with white mesh, chrome overlays and black details. New are the light blue accents on the lining, outsole, and around the GEL units.
The standard ASICS branding on the tongue has been replaced by the JJJJound logo. Initial images show an understated look, though additional details may follow towards release.
The GEL-Kayano 14 has been revived within the lifestyle segment for some time now. In recent years, the model grew to become a fixture within the so-called ‘tech runner’ trend.
Release
At the time of writing (6 May 2025), no official release date has been announced for the JJJJound x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 ‘Ice Blue’. A drop is expected in the coming weeks, via JJJJound.com and possibly later via selected retailers.
