It’s taken a while, but Nike and Carhartt WIP are teaming up once again. For SURPLUS Sydney, an Australian festival partly organized by Nike, Carhartt WIP and Nike are releasing a capsule collection featuring limited Active Jackets and Pocket Tees.
Whether the duo will drop sneakers this time is still uncertain. Back in 2018, the pair collaborated on a series of sneakers, including the Nike Vandal, Air Max 95, Air Force 1, and Air Force 1 Utility, a winter collection showcasing the workwear label’s signature style.
However, the most legendary collaboration between the two remains the Air Jordan 4 ‘Eminem.’ Released in 2010, only ten pairs were made, all auctioned for the Marshall Mathers Foundation, a true holy grail for sneaker enthusiasts.
Release
Back to the current collaboration: the Carhartt WIP x Nike collection for SURPLUS Sydney will be available on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Carhartt WIP’s special WIPNEWS stand at the festival. Whether this reunion will lead to more collections is not yet known.
