A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand present the Air Jordan 6 in the ‘Built For This’ campaign
Original post November 20, 2025 - Just over a week after we got a clear look at the Air Jordan 4 'Dark Mocha', the Air Jordan 6 now appears in the 'Built For This' campaign. The campaign tells a story rooted in resilience, well-earned celebration, and the perseverance needed to grow.
The 'Built For This' release is intended for everyone who has overcome setbacks, kept building, and ultimately achieved their goals with strength and grace.
The sneaker embodies this spirit through refined material choices, such as suede on the upper, a quilted lining (as we’ve seen in previous A Ma Maniére releases), and a translucent outsole. Co-branding and elegant finishing details complete the release.
Inside the shoebox, original artwork by Jammie Holmes deepens the story. The piece, titled Malcolm, depicts a young man attending a speech by Malcolm X for the Nation of Islam, also known as the Black Muslims. His expression hovers between exhaustion and hope, an expression Holmes uses to explore the transformative power.
In addition to the sneaker, the A Ma Maniére x Jordan 'Built For This' collab also comes with matching apparel. The collection includes a knit polo, a track jacket, and matching pants.
The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 6 Retro SP 'Built For This' and the accompanying apparel drop on November 21, 2025, via A Ma Maniére. When the release will be available at Nike and other retailers is still unknown.
