In March 2023, Ajax got its second sneaker collab with adidas. The retro feel adidas Samba OG 'Ajax' hints at the Amsterdam football club several times. For instance, the Samba is dressed in the red and white club colours. The tongue features the Ajax logo and the adidas logo. Above the three adidas stripes, the model's name can normally be seen, however, it now reads 'Ajax' in gold letters. The smallest but perhaps most meaningful detail are the gold coordinates in the sneaker's collar. The coordinates lead to Ajax's first stadium, Stadion De Meer.
