In recent months, the first rumors started circulating about a possible Off-White™ x Nike reunion. It was said to involve an Air Jordan 1 release in a ‘White’ colorway. Now, it seems we can also expect an Air Force 1 in a subtle ‘Sesame’ colorway.
This isn’t the first time Off-White™ has released an Air Force 1. Over the past years, several colorways have dropped, each featuring Virgil’s signature details—think the "AIR" logo on the sole and the orange tab under the Swoosh. The ‘Sesame’ colorway is no exception.
The pair was originally designed for a museum in Qatar, but that release never happened. Instead, the shoe appeared at Nike’s “Virgil Abloh: The Codes c/o Architecture” exhibition during Miami Art Week in late 2022.
At the time of writing, neither Off-White™ nor Nike have officially confirmed that this ‘Sesame’ Air Force 1 Low will drop this year, but it is expected to release this fall via Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
