Nike is once again teaming up with skate brand HUF to release a very special sneaker. The Nike Air Max 1 'Brilliant Orange' takes inspiration from a previous release from 2004. The sneaker does not yet have an official release date. However, we can expect the collaboration in 2024.
HUF was founded in 2002 by Keith Hufnagel in San Francisco. Originally from New York, Hufnagel was always a big fan of the skate scene. In the 1990s, he moved to the West Coast and opened his first store that quickly became a hot spot for skaters and surfers.
In 2004, HUF teamed up with Nike, and the duo introduced the Nike Air Max 1 in a gray and green colorway. The exclusive sneaker is still a beloved colorway among Air Max 1 enthusiasts worldwide. In 2024, the collaboration will appear in a 'Brilliant Orange'.
The Air Max 1 uses different shades of gray. The upper is made of sturdy mesh. Leather overlays are placed over the model. The mudguard is made of cracked leather and has a shiny finish. The Swoosh on the center panel is bright orange, as is the collar and Air unit.
The HUF x Nike Air Max 1 'Brilliant Orange' does not yet have an official release date. However, we can expect to see the pair in 2024. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers news page for updates.
