The sport of tennis is strongly interwoven with the sneaker scene - so many of today's kicks were only created because people wanted to make a good shoe for tennis back then. Most tennis players achieved fame and fortune with their outstanding performances - it's different with Dino Russo.
Get to know Dino Russo
Dino was one of the best tennis players in the world, but never turned professional because he played tennis out of pure passion. He met and played against many tennis greats, including Boris Becker, John McEnroe, Ivan Lendl and Mats Wilander. He has never been beaten on his own court, not even by greats like these.

Many tennis legends still visit Dino today because he is such a special person. There are many myths and stories around Dino and it is said that he always played with the same shoe.
