All details about the Jordan 1 High OG Patent 'Black Gold'

The glossy Patent Leather is increasingly used in the Jordan 1 colorways. We have already seen this upper in the J1 Retro High UNC Patent or the J1 Retro High Patent Gold Toe. The increasing popularity of the patent look is also reflected in the price of past patent releases. The Jordan 1 UNC Patent as a deadstock pair is currently around 500€.

The 'Black Gold' colorway was launched in a very similar version in 2003 as Mid. When the first images of the new Air Jordan 1 High OG patent 'Black Gold' appeared in June this year, the similarity to the 2003 Mid was immediately apparent. At that time it was the first Jordan with this special paint upper.

The Jordan comes in Men- and GS- Size

The mostly black look with golden details like the Nike Swoosh or the Nike Air branding on the tongue makes this shoe look more elegant than its leather counterpart. The sneaker will be available in both men's and GS sizes. In the GS sizes it will cost 120€.

Nike provides two different laces for the Jordan 1. One in black and one in gold. Small details like the golden seams on the sole make the shoe even more special. Here you can find out from which retailers you can buy the shoe on the release date. The list of all shops will be updated regularly before the release.
