A new Palace x adidas Stan Smith collaboration is coming up! Palace showed off two new adidas sneakers in their Spring 2021 collection. This time the two brands have taken the Stan Smith model in hand. Palace and adidas are releasing two colorways, decide which pair you like best here.
Palace x adidas
The Palace and adidas brands are no strangers to each other; they have already had a number of collaborations. They have released several pieces of clothing as well as a number of sneakers. In May 2020, the brands dropped the 'Puig' collection with three different colourways. This time, the London-based skateboard brand created a unique design on the famous Stan Smith model of adidas.
The Design
Unlike previous Palace x adidas sneaker collabs, they have chosen only light colourways. The Stan Smiths come in two variants: a pink and a white base.
The pink sneaker has been given different pastel shades. The tongue has been made light blue and the top of the (right) heel has been given a peachy hue together with the laces. Furthermore, the toe and sole of the shoe are coloured beige.
The white model has the same beige parts. But the back is coloured bright green, which contrasts nicely with the pink interior. Finally, the tongue has been coloured silver.
Besides the bright colour designs, the sneakers also contain a number of unique details. Firstly, the traditional stripes on the model have been replaced by the P-shaped letter of Palace. Another nice detail is that the backs of the shoes are each different. On the left shoes the adidas Stan Smith logo and on the right shoes the Palace logo. The colours on the back also differ per shoe: the colour on the inside is swapped with the colour of the heel patch.
When the Palace x adidas Stan Smith collection will be released has not been determined yet. But there are speculations that they will be released as early as this month. Keep an eye on our release calendar to not miss the official release date!
