Nike is not sitting still this year in terms of releasing new designs for the Air Max 1. In July 2023, the spotlight is on the release of the Nike Air Max 1 'University Gold'. With the addition of 'University Gold' to the colour palette, this trainer gets a striking and energetic look.
This new design of the Air Max 1 combines a neutral colour palette with a striking accent colour. For instance, the mesh base colours white and the overlays come in pale grey. The mudguard is covered in deep black suede that wraps the perimeter of the shoe. The signature University Gold colour can be seen on the Swooshes, Air units and branding, completing the entire look.
