After a year filled with Air Max 95 releases, partly due to the silhouette’s 30th anniversary, we can also expect plenty of new drops in the coming year. One of them is the ‘Tattoo & Light Violet Ore’ colorway, which bears a striking resemblance to the previously released A Ma Manière collaboration.
The sneaker uses the same tones seen in the ‘While You Were Sleeping’ pack (2024), or, in fact, across most A Ma Manière releases, which are known for their signature purple hues. The key difference is that this pair is a general release, a move Nike has made more often by echoing the aesthetic of successful collaborations.
The shoe features the familiar construction, with a mesh upper dressed in leather, wavy overlays. Like many recent Air Max 95 releases, this version also comes equipped with a ‘Big Bubble’. The colorway consists of a refined gradient of Black, Velvet Brown, and Light Violet Ore.
Originally inspired by the human body, the Nike Air Max 95 stays true to its roots with flesh-like colors that effectively translate muscle fibers into the design.
