Nike expands its collection of women's exclusives with the Air Max 97 'Sisterhood'. For a long time, men's pairs were the only ones added to Nike's shoe collection. This is finally changing with a growing list of women's exclusives.

Although the colour pink is quite dominant, Nike has made sure that the colorway of the Air Max 97 'Sisterhood' has a more universal appeal. They have done this by using different shades of pink.
The upper of this pair is made of mesh. The base of this model is cream-coloured. The overlays around the shoe are made from suede. The lower part of this model retains its cream-coloured base, while the upper of the shoe has more of a salmon-pink hue.
The tongue and laces of the silhouette have a dark pink hue. On the tongue, a small, white swoosh sign can be seen. The dark pink hue can also be found on the white pull tab at the heel. On the pull tab is 'Air Max' written in a rose gold colour.
The sneaker has a white midsole under which the well-known Air unit can be found. The outsole of this pair is made of rubber and has a salmon-pink colour to match its upper.
In addition, the shoe also features a golden pendant on the laces. On this hanger, the word 'Sister' is written. This way, the theme of the Air Max 97 'Sisterhood' is celebrated. The word can also be found on the insole where it is printed in a rose gold colour.
