It looks like Nike is bringing back another classic. After the return of the Air Max 1 '86 'Big Bubble' on Air Max Day 2023, now the Air Max Plus returns in its OG colorway. Designed by Sean McDowell, the sneaker has a modern and somewhat futuristic look.
The Air Max Plus was introduced in 1998. The model was one of a kind and used Nike Tuned Air technology. Since its release, the sneaker has become a cult classic in various subcultures in the UK and Europe.
The Nike Air Max Plus 'Hyper Blue' last appeared in 2018, along with 'Sunset' and 'Voltage Purple' colorways. The model has a striking look and comes with multiple Air units in the midsole. Dynamic overlays are placed all over the design.
