Last month, we saw American rapper Travis Scott casually wearing an unreleased pair of Air Jordan 1s. With the rapper and Jordan already having a number of collaborations behind them, it wasn't hard to imagine that these sneakers will also have a future release date. Now, new images have been shared that better showcase the details of the shoes. Check out the images of the Fragment x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 below.
Travis Scott x Jordan Brand
Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are certainly no strangers to each other. The rapper and the basketball brand have already had a number of successful collaborations. The rapper has also had a number of collabs with Nike, for example on the Air Force 1. Each collaboration was mega popular and sold out very quickly. In addition, the pairs are now selling for hundreds and sometimes thousands of euros on resell sites such as StockX.

This time a third party seems to be participating in the collab, namely Fragment. This is a Japanese fashion brand founded by Hiroshi Fujiwara. On the first shared images of the sneakers, the blue colour looked exactly like the Air Jordan 1 x Fragment that came out in 2014. However, the new photos show that the blue colour is likely to be a little lighter.
Another big difference that emerged from the new photos was that more white was used. For example, the laceguard and toe have been given a white colour. In addition, the toebox has been given the same blue colour as the heel, for example.
Finally, notice that the Fragment logo has been moved to the back of the shoe, on the heel. Also, Travis Scott's Cactus Jack logo has been placed on the opposite heel. Since both logos are circles, the placement on the different heels fits well together.
It remains to be seen if this will be the final version of the Fragment x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1. So keep checking the Sneakerjagers Blog and Sneakerjagers Release Calendar to stay updated on these and other collaborations!
