Things are looking promising for Junya Watanabe this year. Several collaborations were announced at Paris Fashion Week 2024, including notable partnerships with Levi's and Palace. Yet one design really stands out: the Junya Watanabe MAN x New Balance 1906 Loafer. Check out the first images of the new silhouette here!
In a chic white colour scheme, the New Balance 1906 has been redesigned as a loafer. The upper of the shoe features the classic loafer style with white leather and a penny toe piece. The familiar toe guards, midsole and sole of the original model have been retained.
Some additional features that stand out are the Junya Watanabe label on the tongue and a modest New Balance label on the side of the loafer. Finally, the design is finished with a black outsole, which also provides a striking contrast.
