Q&A Supertyyli

  1. What is your all-time favorite song?
That's a tough one, choosing from so many great songs, but I have to go with Nas' 'The World Is Yours'. It sounds like the perfect Rap-song, with a dope sample, thumping production, cuts, and of course, Nas' delivery.
  2. What's the most special place you've ever played?
Probably Club Prive and their terrace in Tallinn. Must've been the summer of 2014. I played with two Estonian DJs there at the terrace, and DJ Patife, the Brazilian D'n'B-producer/DJ, pops in. We played a few of his cuts, and then later moved inside the club, playing Rap and R'n'B until 6.30 am. Good times.
  3. If you were only allowed to play one artist for the rest of your life, who would you choose?
Probably Michael Jackson. There's so much music from the King of Pop, and so many fond memories of those songs. In close second place are Prince and Janet Jackson…
  4. What is your last purchased sneaker?
The Air Jordan 1 'Spider-Verse Origin Story' was the latest important pair I got. Missed them when they were released, but found an unused pair earlier this year on eBay. Oh, and a pair of Nike Blazers for working out.
  5. What is your holy sneaker grail?
Nike Air Yeezy 1 'Blink'. One can say a lot about Kanye, and his antics in the last few years, but that pair is still one that I'd like to get…
  6. What upcoming music releases are you most excited about?
    J. Balvin's collaboration with Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 3s looks pretty dope. As a J. Balvin-fan, I might have to try to get a pair, or two…
  7. What is your favorite sneaker to play in?
The Air Jordan 1, hands down. Looks good in the clubs and paired with a more preppy look for private events. A close second is the Air Max 1 or Air Max 97 for that comfort during long sets (6+ hours…)
