South Park and adidas release another new pair. This time it is the Stan Smith 'Stan Marsh'. The shoe is inspired by one of the main characters from the cartoon series.
South Park x adidas Stan Smith 'Stan Marsh'
South Park is an American animated series and has been broadcast since 1997. The series is about four children from a village called 'South Park' in Colorado. The series is known for its dark humour and topical subjects. The series has already had 24 seasons.
Along with South Park, adidas has also previously released the Campus 80 'Towelie'. This pair was inspired by Towelie, a towel that has special powers when smoked on a tree.
Now the two names are coming together again and releasing the Stan Smith 'Stan Marsh'. As the name suggests, the upcoming pair is inspired by Stan Marsh. Stan is one of the four main characters in the series and wears a beanie every episode. The design of the sneaker is based on this and shares the same colours.
The model has a leather upper and is coloured blue. The suede overlay on the middle panel is red and extends to the heels. Furthermore, the kicks have white soles with 'adidas' printed on the heel. These are the colours that are also found on Stan's cap.
To complete the design, the tongue is also made of suede and features the South Park character along with the adidas logo. The brand logo is also visible on the heel tab. The brand logo is also visible on the heel tab, on which 'Sweet Dude' is written several times.
Unfortunately, the 'Stan Marsh' has not yet been given an official release date.
