Nike has rewarded us with a lot of remarkable Dunks in 2021. Now it's the turn of the Dunk Low 'Safari Mix'. The sneaker comes dressed in different 'Safari' prints and will be released in 2022.
The upcoming pair has been given a white base with overlays at the mudguard, around the laces and heel. These have been given different 'Safari' prints. The overlay on the mudguard, for example, combines a panther pattern with the familiar polka dot pattern. This dotted pattern was first spotted on the Nike Air Safari in 1987 and colours black and white.
The panther print also returns on the heel. A furry overlay can be found at the collar and this, along with the heel tab, colours purple and red. The swoosh on the centre panel is set in gold and green and powers beautifully with the prints on the overlays. To complete the pair, the outsoles are set in black.
This is not the only model that came out in a 'Safari' print this year. On 4 December 2021, Nike dropped the Air Max 90 SE 'Safari'. This pair combines the colours black, red and yellow and has the same dot pattern on the overlays as on the Dunk and Air Safari.
Unfortunately, it is not yet known when the Nike Dunk Low 'Safari Mix' will be released. The pair will be released in 2022. Until then, we can already take a look at the images of the sneaker.
