Oakley is back, teaming up with Brain Dead on a closed-toe sandal sneaker. This is not the first time the duo has collaborated — they have repeatedly brought fresh looks and collections since 2022.
This recently released collection includes two closed sandals in stone/olive and asphalt colourways. Additionally, there’s a hiking boot in Brain Dead’s signature style featuring an abstractly shaped outsole. In my opinion, the outsole is the main event, designed for traction and grip, making it ideal for hiking.
The collection draws inspiration from the brand's long history of outdoor culture and models like Oakley's Edge icon, as well as Brain Dead’s bold creative direction. The Flesh Sandals and Suede Edge Boot models will be available in earthy neutral tones, making them the perfect shoes for outdoor activities.
