March is of course Air Max Month, dear community! On March 26, 1987, the Nike Air Max 1 was introduced, Nike's first silhouette with a visible Air unit. Since its release, the Air Max 1 has become one of the most important models in sneaker culture, something that is celebrated every year during Air Max Month. For the next edition, Nike is releasing a new silhouette: the Air Max DN, complete with an impressive array of colorways!
The Nike Air Max DN has a futuristic design and combines the Nike technologies of recent years. The sole is composed of four large Air pods filled with “Dynamic Air,” as Nike calls it. This new technology comes with two chambers in the sole, with the rear Air units having a higher pressure (15 psi) and the front two having a lower pressure (5 psi).
The new technology provides extra cushioning and comfort with every step. The first colorway of the Nike Air Max DN showed a black and pink variant. Now official images have also been released of a wealth of different colorways, including the 'White Metallic Silver', 'Panda', and 'Volt'.
Each colorway uses a mesh upper adorned with dynamic overlays. In addition, the Air Max DN logo appears on the tongue. The Swoosh can be seen on the center panel, as well as on the toecap. Furthermore, most of the Nike Air Max DN colorways drop on Air Max Day, March 26, 2024.
