The Dunk model gets a new variant; the Dunk Mid. The silhouette has a lower collar compared to the Dunk High. The Dunk Mid will appear in 2023 in the well-known 'Panda' colorway. The sneaker is expected in Summer 2023.
The New Nike Dunk Mid
The Dunk Mid is a new silhouette from Nike. The silhouette takes its inspiration from its predecessors, the Dunk High and Low. Introduced in 1986, the Dunk High was mainly seen on the basketball court. Nowadays, the silhouette is also a popular model off-court and both the Dunk High and the Dunk Low have received a lot of colorways in recent years.
A popular colorway of the Nike Dunk, is the 'Panda'. This colorway combines the colours white and black. After several restocks in 2022, the colorway also appears on the Dunk Mid. Just like the Dunk High 'Panda' and Dunk Low 'Panda', the upper colours white and the overlays have been coloured black. The Swoosh on the mid panel also has a black colour.
Unlike its predecessors, the Dunk Mid 'Panda' has a canvas upper. The black mudguard and overlays are also canvas. The collar is coloured black, as is the lace panel. The tongue features the Nike logo. The white midsole is supported by a black outsole.
