In the heart of Amsterdam, at Spuistraat 168A, you'll find the flagship store of Filling Pieces. This multifunctional space, designed by Italian architect Daniele Misso, houses a store, headquarters, and event location.
It's a place where the Dutch label not only showcases its latest collections but also creates space for the community to come together, from parties and launches to cultural events.
Filling Pieces
Founded in 2009 by designer Guillaume Philibert, Filling Pieces has grown into a leading name in the international fashion scene. What began with the iconic Low Top, a shoe that bridged the gap between streetwear and high-end fashion, has evolved into a full-fledged lifestyle brand.
Today, the collection includes not only sneakers but also apparel and loafers, each piece designed with a focus on contemporary style, premium quality, and cultural connection.

Filling Pieces items are handmade in Portugal, where high-quality materials are combined with a contemporary aesthetic. The brand stands out for its innovative silhouettes and continuous focus on innovation, all while staying true to craftsmanship, one of its core values.

Community and Culture
Community and culture lie at the heart of the brand and are reflected in every design, project, and initiative. Filling Pieces aims to bring people together, regardless of background, origin, or identity. Recent collections such as Bridge The Gap, United by Generations, and United Spirit: Community, a collaboration with KLABU, are clear examples of this commitment.

Through collaborations with emerging creatives and by hosting events in its flagship store, the brand creates space for dialogue and cultural exchange.
Surrounded by artists, musicians, and innovators, Filling Pieces acts as a unifying force within the creative community, with fashion as its shared language.
Flagship Store
A story like that of Filling Pieces calls for a space that does it justice — and that’s exactly what the flagship store offers. The interior is sleek and minimalist, blending materials like wood, leather, steel, and concrete into a seamless whole. The open, light-filled space evokes the feeling of a gallery, presenting each item like a piece of art.

Architect Daniele Misso was inspired by the Italian Superstudio movement of the 1960s and created a modern, monochromatic environment where art and fashion complement each other. The space features vivid stainless steel murals, strategically placed mirrors, and contrasting concrete surfaces, finished with shades of gray and subtle accents of blue and purple.

Eye-catchers in the store include a work by Daniel Arsham and the ARTWORK book signed by Virgil Abloh. From left to right, the store displays Filling Pieces’ collections, showcasing classics like the Low Tops alongside the recent KLABU collaboration, which occupies its own dedicated corner.

The Filling Pieces flagship store is much more than a shop. It is a place where fashion brings together connection, innovation, and community. Check it out yourself.
