Ronnie Fieg, also known as the founder of KITH, has a lot of collaborations behind him. His first collaboration was with ASICS. Together, they designed the Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel-Lyte III 'Salmon Toe' and 'Leather Back'. For KITH's tenth anniversary, Fieg wants to re-release these colorways on the Gel-Lyte V.
The two colorways were well received among ASICS fans, allowing for more collaborations to take place between Fieg and the sports brand. The Gel-Lyte V will feature the same colorway, but the sneaker will also hint at Ronnie's older and future work.
Fieg put out a call on Twitter to owners of the Gel-Lyte III 'Salmon Toe', 'Salmon Toe 2.0' and 'Leather Back'. They can post a picture of the sneaker with the date and their email address. The KITH team will send an email to the different addresses with an invitation for a Zoom panel. During this Zoom, prizes can be won.
The release date for the Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel-Lyte V 'Salmon Toe' and 'Leather Back' is not yet known.
