PUMA Announces Street Fighter Suede Collection With Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li

PUMA is stepping into the world of Street Fighter with a new PUMA x Street Fighter Suede collection built around Ryu, Ken Masters and Chun-Li.

The three models in this PUMA x Street Fighter Suede pack arrive ahead of the live-action Street Fighter film, which hits theaters on October 16, 2026, directed by Kitao Sakurai. It's not the franchise's first crossover into sneakers: adidas and Reebok have both released Street Fighter collaborations before.

Street Fighter has existed as a franchise since 1987 and was one of the earliest major fighting games.

Since then, the series has grown into one of gaming's most recognizable names, with characters that regularly show up outside the games themselves through merchandise, films, and now sneakers.

The three pairs are essentially palette swaps of the same silhouette, each finished in a distressed suede upper in the character's signature color. All three carry the character's name on the outsole and a "Hadouken" logo on the left shoe, along with a black-and-white hangtag referencing the "World Warrior Tournament", the subtitle that helped put the original Street Fighter II on the map.

Ryu's pair leans into a white-and-red build with Hadouken graphics, a nod to the fireball move he's known for. Ken Masters goes red-and-white instead, with Shoryuken graphics referencing his signature uppercut.

Within the PUMA x Street Fighter Suede collection, the Chun-Li edition stands out a bit more. PUMA uses leather side panels and rivets here to echo her blue in-game outfit, finished with metallic silver studs and gold accents. It's the most detailed pair of the three. Style codes are 410648-01 for Chun-Li, 410647-01 for Ryu and 410646-01 for Ken Masters. All three models come in unisex sizing.

When Does the Collection Drop?
