New Balance and Stray Rats have once again come together to unleash their creativity on the New Balance 580. Previously, the duo released a 991 and 574. The two brands will now release two colorways of the 580 model. The sneakers were first teased in late July 2022, and now in October 2022, we can get a glimpse of the official images.
Both pairs feature vibrant colour blocking, adding a cute touch to the cool silhouette. The first pair, the 'Teal/Green' comes in a combination of mixed leather and nylon. The nylon has been given a steel grey colour while the leather comes in purple, pink, blue and neon green. The sole of the 580 includes a Rollbar stability system, which ensures ultimate comfort.
The second colorway comes in more autumnal colours, the 'Red/Purple' features red leather panels set on a purple base. Details such as the signature 'N' logo come in olive green, yellow and orange. Finally, the two colorways have co-branded accents, such as the printed insoles and the Stray Rats logo on the dubraes.
