Sneakers in collaboration with the Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons traditionally go through the ceiling! COMME des GARÇONS was founded by the designer Rei Kawakubo and the brand is known for its avant-garde aesthetics. Especially together with Nike they have turned the sneaker game upside down in the last years. And of course the Chuck models from Converse and CDG are legendary!
Nike Blazer Mid x Naomi Osaka x CDG - the Details
Recently the first official pictures of the Naomi Osaka x Comme des Garçons x Nike Blazer Mid have been released. A white sneaker with medium high cut and special design elements. The upper is printed in grey 'Comme des Garçons' and 'Naomi Osaka'. Over an oversized white swoosh and the side part of the kicks Naomi's signature, is written with a black marker. Underneath, the tennis star's signature has the message "Home is where the heart is". The upper of the sneakers is not made of leather but canvas. Then there are the typical suede overlays, that we are used to, from the blazer.
