Converse and Comme des Garçons PLAY have been working together since 2009. It's safe to say that their Chuck Taylor All Stars, the ones with the signature heart on the center panel, are some of the most popular sneakers of the past decade. Now the duo has joined forces again for a One Star two-pack.
The CDG PLAY x Converse One Star comes in two different colorways. The first colorway features a white canvas upper. On the center panel of the exterior is a red Converse star and a CDG PLAY heart. On the inside, there is only a red star here. The heel still features a black heel tab.
The second colorway has a black canvas base. Like the other pair, this sneaker has both brands' red branding on the outside and just a star on the inside. White stitching runs all over the upper, contrasting with the dark upper. The heel tab colors white, as do the laces and lining.
