Rich Paul, a successful NBA sports agent, may once again show his creative prowess through a new collaboration with New Balance. And after the first images have surfaced, it looks like they are once again collaborating on a New Balance 550. Namely, the 'Forever Yours'!
For those not familiar with Rich Paul, he is one of the biggest agents in the NBA. He has managed major NBA players such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Draymond Green and Zach LaVine, among others. Earlier in 2021, he collaborated with New Balance, resulting in the Rich Paul x New Balance 550 'UNC'.
His latest version is a beautiful tribute to the loved ones in his life. Furthermore, this low-top sneaker deviates from the traditional silhouette construction by using a sophisticated combination of lavender and grey for the suede overlays. Additionally, a touch of shades of grey adds an accent to the nubuck base layer.
We also see dark burgundy accents resting on the classic 'Off-White' midsole, which embellish the rest of the shoe's details. A faded lilac shade is additionally visible on the outsole. Finally, 'Rich Paul' is printed on the tongue and we see his initials interwoven with roses on the soles and heels.
The finishing touch of the release is the shoe box. This includes co-branded designs on the top. Also, the words 'Forever Yours' are written out on the inside in a similar font to Verdy's signature Girls Don't Cry logo.
