Together with skatestore Familia, Nike releases the SB Dunk Low 'First Ave'. The model has been given a remarkable design and will be available from 11 December 2021 at selected skate shops.

The SB Dunk takes its inspiration from 'First Avenue', a nightclub and music venue in the city of Minneapolis. The club has been active since 1970 and represents the nightlife of the city. The design of the shoe has been given a black and purple colour scheme, with a number of elements that refer to the club.

The overlay on the heel has been given a cinder block print. This refers to the walls of the nightclub. A white star is embroidered on it and, together with the stars found on the toebox, these refer to the legendary acts that have performed at First Avenue.

The sneaker is covered at the toe with wearable paint and has been given a lace collar. Reflective swooshes can be found across the shoe and the inner lining is made of velvet-like materials. This refers to the velvet curtains and ropes that often hang at nightclubs.

The overlays at the mudguard and around the laces are finished with a purple trim. The soles are transparent and feature a star pattern. The sneaker's laces are thickened and trimmed with purple.

The Familia x Nike SB Dunk Low 'First Ave' will be released on 11 December 2021. The pairs will be available at selected skate shops.
