Film director, film producer, actor, Youtuber and entrepreneur! Today we are talking about none other than social media star Casey Neistat. But who is Casey Neistat and what exactly does he have to do with sneakers?
Who is Casey Neistat?
Casey Neistat is an American Youtuber who has achieved great fame through his vlogs and short videos in the cosmopolitan city of New York City. His honest, positive and motivating style continues to inspire a large audience of viewers and fans. The high quality of the videos, the city's cinematic backdrop and his manner enabled him to rise quickly on many social media platforms.
Today (2021), his YouTube channel has 12.4 million subscribers and over 3 million followers on Instagram. Now forty years old, the inactive filmmaker lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children and is rarely seen in front of the camera.
Despite his irregular uploading of new videos, Casey Neistat is still considered by many to be an icon on YouTube and the origin of the vlogging scene.

The shoe is still available for resale for prices between €380 and €1400 depending on the condition and size.

Another Yeezy that Casey wears regularly, and calls one of the most comfortable Yeezys, is the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Beluga 2.0.
The grey shoe with orange lettering came out on 25 November 2017 and is still available from many resellers.

The last Yeezy on our list is the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Bred'. The black and red sneaker is often seen in his videos.

A very big hobby of the Youtuber is running. In almost every video, you see clips of his morning jog and he also shows his knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport with his choice of running shoes.
The Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% Ice Blue is also a pair that Casey wears for everyday wear, running and of course skating through New York City. The shoe is considered to be one of the most comfortable and is available in this colorway at StockX for around €160.
The Vaporfly range is also very famous among Nike's running shoes.
Golden Goose 'Superstar' Sneakers
In his right hand the vlog camera, in his left hand the remote control for his electric longboard and on his feet Golden Goose 'Superstar' sneakers. Anyone familiar with Italian luxury brands will recognise different Golden Goose models on Casey's feet.
