It's going to be muy caliente here today! The popular brand with the swoosh has something new in store for all of us: the Nike Lucha Libre Pack!

The Nike Lucha Libre Pack includes an entire apparel collection, as well as three sneaker models! The entire pack is dedicated to the martial art Lucha Libre. This is the Mexican version of wrestling.
In this tradition, which has existed for over 100 years, the luchadores (wrestlers) always wear individual, colourful masks and the matches in general are always very colourful and festive. And the Nike Lucha Libre Pack is just as colourful and multifaceted.
The sneakers already celebrated their release on 11 September 2021 in the Nike SNKRS app in Mexico. On 14 September, the entire apparel collection will be released on Nike's Mexican homepage.

Air Max 90 'Lucha Libre' | DM6178-010
The first member of the Nike Lucha Libre Pack is the Nike Air Max 90 'Lucha Libre'. The sneaker comes in a mismatching style, which means that both sneakers have been given a different colour blocking.
In this case, the black and white kicks have the same colorway, but a closer look reveals differences here and there. For example, the Swoosh on the right shoe is white with a black border, while the left shoe has a black Swoosh with a white border.
A cool detail is the luchador mask on the outer mud guard.

Air Force 1 'Lucha Libre' | DM6177-095
The second highlight of the pack is the Nike Air Force 1 'Lucha Libre'! The iconic silhouette has been given a whole new makeover. Clad entirely in silver patent leather upper, Nike delivers something very special here over the upper.
With the kicks, the brand delivers a luchador mask that has been split in two, so that each shoe gets some Mexican flair. Of course, you can remove the part if you want, and a red Swoosh has been placed on the outside and a green Swoosh on the inside of each shoe.

Blazer Mid 'Lucha Libre' | DM6176-393
Last but not least, Nike has prepared the Nike Blazer Mid 'Lucha Libre' for us as the third and last member of the Nike Lucha Libre Pack. To be honest, the Blazer Mid is our favourite of the whole pack. But just don't let us sway you! 😄
The Nike Blazer Mid 'Lucha Libre' comes with a dark turquoise base whose material is reminiscent of faux silk. The typical Blazer overlays are placed on top with an incredibly good snake print on smooth leather. Fun Fact: We last saw this pattern on the Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 'Snakeskin'! 😯
Furthermore, the mid-top sneaker comes with a golden Swoosh. The whole design is finished off with a black outsole and midsole and matching black laces. What…a…thing! 👌🏼
