adidas and Xbox have announced a partnership. Together they have given the adidas Forum Tech a new identity. The two brands are releasing this shoe for the 20th anniversary of Xbox.
Xbox x adidas Forum Tech
The upper of the adidas Forum Tech features different materials. The base of this pair is made of mesh in black. Above the black mesh are green leather overlays. The three adidas stripes on the side are also in green.
On the side of the pair is the year of birth of Xbox together with the city where the brand was born, Seattle. Under the overlay with this text are neon green stitchings. The mudguard is in the same green colour as this striking stitching.
The tongue, laces and lining are designed in black. This makes the green Xbox logo on the tongue stand out. The midsole is made with adidas Boost. This midsole is clearly visible through the transparent rubber outsole.
All these colours on the upper represent the colours of Xbox's first console in 2001. This console was black and green.
