Introducing the Air Jordan 6

The Air Jordan 6 is a classic basketball shoe designed by Tinker Hatfield and debuted in 1991. This is a unique Air Jordan sneaker since Michael Jordan won his first title wearing the Air Jordan VI.

The VI is one of Jordan Brand's most famous designs. It remains popular among sneakerheads and is still getting throwback editions today.

The shoe's mid-top cut provides support and ankle stability. It's notable for its distinctive elements, such as a neoprene sleeve in the ankle collar and a translucent rubber sole with visible Air cushioning technology.

Hatfield drew inspiration from Michael Jordan's love of vehicles while designing the Jordan 6. Future Air Jordan shoes would continue to draw influence from automobiles.

There is a rubber tongue with finger holes, and the VI additionally had lace locks. The Air Jordan 6 features Nike's Air technology in the heel for impact absorption, giving comfort and support while playing.
